We were so happy that Trattoria dell'Arte reopened! We took out of towners, and they were delighted with the food, ambience, etc. The mood was quite jovial as there were at least 4 birthday celebrations going on at the same time in the restaurant. The two male hosts were very welcoming!
Birthday we have eaten several times at this restaurant and it was one of our favorites. I think that this night was something less than exceptional. The staff is very friendly and the menu is quite nice but this night they seem to be off.
Michael who served us was a standout. He is an amazing professional.
Excellent restaurant! We attended for a special birthday dinner and they made it magical for our granddaughter. Food, service and ambiance were impeccable. Highly recommend and will definitely return in the future!

We were asked if the was a special occasion when we made the reservation which there was. It was our wedding anniversary. Why did they ask??? There was no mention. The glamour of the restaurant seems to have disappeared We used to go to the restaurant often since 1990 had not been back for the last 7 years. We noticed an unfortunate change
I ordered "Shrimp Scampi," expecting what that usually means: garlic, oil/butter, maybe parsley. Instead, got a large construction of huge, whole (including HEADS and tails!) shrimp, with a (very tasty, but not the usual!) brown sauce, on top of polenta (delicious) and spinach (also good.) My friend helped with the (very unappetizing to me) heads, but getting rid of the tail shells, plus quite a bit of shell along the bodies, was more of a challenge. We had a delicious meal and Sage our waiter was fantastic!
Wonderful ambiance. Delicious food. Eggplant Parmesan, Italian wedding soup and veggie pizza were our choices. The eggplant parm was served piping hot. The soup and pizza were much less so. Attentive and pleasant wait staff. Would go again.
