I’ve dined at Trattoria Dell’Arte for years. This time it was for my birthday. This is the only time I’ve had to have the busboy clean the table (which usually has tablecloths), as the table was filthy to touch and sight. The service was decent and the food pretty good although I miss their beet salad.
I had a Seafood risotto. It was really good. Great service.
This is one of my favorite restaurants. The fried artichokes and the artichoke pasta were outstanding
My husband and I want for dinner before a show. The staff was courteous and friendly, the food superb.
Always a great meal. We have come here often, mostly for business lunches but also for a date and our Christmas party. The food is top notch, and the service is attentive and professional. Very comfortable and accommodating. Oddly enough, with all the times I have come, I never seem to order anything Italian which is what they are known as. The tuna steak is exceptional, I highly recommend it, as well as the salmon.
Made reservation on open table. Got to restaurant 15 minutes late bc of horrible weather which caused traffic. Normal in NY. There seemed to be confusion over where to seat us and a few conversations with waiters and hosts for 15/20 minutes over organizing our table. The dining room was large and tables needed to be cleaned. The host gave us the choice of sitting in a booth by the entrance or a small table near the front window and the cashier booth to look at. Birthday dinner for 4. Thoroughly enjoyable.
Everything about our brunch for 17 people in the private wine room was amazing, from the kind and welcoming staff (who helped us pull of a big surprise), to the beautiful private room (which was an unexpected gift), to the exceptional food! Can't recommended enough and can't wait to go back to enjoy more of the thinnest crusted delicious pizza, and to try other menu items we couldn't get to because we were so full!
We eat here every time we visit the city. Great location, outstanding food and excellent service.
