Food was excellent, service was excellent, wine list a little short, slightly overpriced, but still worth it
We were disappointed in there restaurant - the service was good and our server was very attentive - the ambiance is fun. However, we ordered our food and received it in literally three minutes after we ordered it - we hadn't even finished our cocktails and still had a bottle of wine for the 3 of us. The food service was way too quick and forced us to start eating much sooner than we would have preferred. I’ve been coming here for years and I’m never disappointed! This meal was by far the best! We were all so filled and happy! The service was impeccable and I only wish I could remember the gentleman ‘s name after my food coma to brag on him. They are very aware of theatre timing but the food is fresh and delicious! Yes, I’ll be going back again and again!
I am in classical musician. I always visit this restaurant as often as possible when I’m in New York. The anti-Posto bar is incredible and all of the food is exceptional. They always treat me like a preferred customer. Highly recommended!

This place is wonderful! Truly a NYC experience of authentic Italian food. Portion sizes were a bit small but authentically delicious. I haven’t had alfredo sauce like that since I was in Rome.
This previously delightful trattoria with fairly serious attention to food in years past has become a food mill for the Carnegie Hall crowd heading across the street. Our food was not freshly prepared, brought out only a couple of minutes after we ordered. Dover sole, a great fish, tasted like diner food, and I suspect that some other cheap sole was substituted. Expensive prices for such fast food.
