Trattoria Dell'Arte never disappoints! This restaurant has been a family favorite for over 15 years.
Our first visit here was immediately after our wedding four years ago. Since then, it's become our anniversary tradition. The food is astounding and the staff impeccably friendly. They treat us like family even though we only see them once a year. This is the perfect romantic spot for celebrations.
this was on the list of restaurants that our hotel provided a discount for so we decided to try it out after seeing the reviews on Yelp. The minute we walked in we knew we would like it. The host and another gentleman (manager?) greeted us with a handshake and took us to our table. The servers were attentive but not overly so. The antipasta of vegetables was so good. This great Trattoria across from Carnegie Hall is a GEM! The Staff is so pleasant and attentive, (especially our waiter/bartender, Benjamin) plying my friend and me with Bark Chocolate after our meal and fresh from the oven Chocolate Chip cookies passed by the Maitre D, that my friend and I felt like long-lost friends! For Brunch folks, there is a wonderful "Endless Proseco" (and other drinks) offered at $10.00. A great place to visit, eat and relax while in New York City. We will be back. The veal Parmesan was amazing as was the thin crust pizza we had for an appetizer for the 7 of us. A perfect amount. Both the salmon and the branzino were also delicious . Excellent service and extremely accommodating. I would definitely go back the next time I’m in the city.
Food was good not great. They have been around for a good long time. Seems there has been a little loss to its edge.
Never let down with the service and outstanding cuisine.
