Food was excellent. Unfortunately our dinners came out right after we got our appetizer. Our waiter, while apologetic, still took my sons bread dish and bread away. That was pretty much the last time we saw our waiter. Luckily we were able to get water refills from a bus boy. The waiter was the only downside to this wonderful restaurant, food and ambience were delightful.
We are three and dine at Trattoria dell Arte ever 2-3 weeks. We love the convenience, service and menu. Charming maître d's, wait staff and bartenders. I wish that the cold shrimp and scallops would be restored to the antipasto bar.

We eat here every time we are in NYC and have for probably 20 years. We love it! Great food, great staff and great atmosphere. I had the veal chop Parmigiana- Wow!!!!! The best veal EVER!!!!! Shared with my husband and son- we can’t stop talking about it!!!! We were in NYC for three nights and had dinner there twice. Love it!
Loved our meal here - superb service, friendly and efficient staff, great varied menu. I didn’t think the food was very authentic Italian, more like American Italian, nevertheless it was really tasty and hearty. Highly recommended

Excellent Italian restaurant! Greeted by the manager who actually welcomed us and shook my hand! A pleasant surprise. Our table was by the window and our server Anthony is a Dream. Warm, friendly, funny and a great asset to this restaurant. I had the lobster salad and a peach Bellini! My husband had the truffle burger and he raved about it. We are definitely returning!
Ivo Couto and staff were amazing! Best pizza I have ever had!
