Excellent food and service across from Carnegie Hall. Have been a fan for many years now and it’s always consistently very good.
This experience was overall quite disappointing. Reviews seemed to be favorable as we looked for a romantic dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday while visiting NYC. As we walked in, we greeted with a large sculpture of a rear end. Kind of odd, the art work was very different, unusual, overly modernistic - definitely not our kind of art and seemed very out of place in an Italian restaurant. I have eaten her for lunch twice in the last several months. Both times it was outstanding. This was our first time for dinner. The food was not as good.
The heart of palm salad was delicious. Pizza and pasta were amazing too!
