The food options were interesting and what we ordered arrived at our table in hot plates with hot food. The A/C was so strong and cold that within 10 minutes the food was cold. And we were freezing as well. Need to do better.
This is our go-to Italian restaurant when we are in NYC. We’ve been coming for years and are never disappointed. The food, the service, the ambiance are all outstanding. Highly recommend!!!
Took a while to be seen by wait staff but then we were well taken care of. Antipasto bar was lovely. Lemon chicken excellent and vongole as well. Cannoli is the best ever! Seating was a little too cozy for us midwesterners.
Overall great experience. Vegetable appetizers were amazing along with the garlic bread. Vodka pasta was the best. Spaghetti and meatballs good enough, perhaps a bit careless for price. Branzino was tasty. Desert though was off the charts. Tiramisu and Cannoli's were A++++. Great ambiance and comfortable booths. Would definitely return.
Tables were too tightly spaced. The first glass of Pinot Noir wine we were served was bad, but replaced immediately by our server. Our server Emma was FANASTIC!
It was very cold upstairs and it took a staff of 5 people to allocate/calculate the bill for 7 people.
Trattoria accommodated us by keeping our reservation despite our being delayed by an hour while on our way. It’s also a very dependable menu and always uplifting.
Nice experience. Brought guests along and everyone in the group was satisfied and noted they would like to come back. Desserts were a highlight.
Great food, service, wine, and desert.
