Awesome! The service was great! They made our celebration a night to remember!
The food is amazing....staff is so wonderful and fun! It is our go to place. Drinks and food is the best. I always leave with hugs and big smiles from the staff😜
Our meal was excellent. The carbonara was the best I have had outside of in a Roman restaurant. The Roman artichokes were delicious as were the pizza, the liver and polenta, the burata and the ravioli. And, the canoli!! We will return the next time we are in the city. Our waiter made the meal even more enjoyable as his service was excellent.
Excellent pizza and other Italian treats. I ordered the chicken pepperoni Parm without the peperoni as no plain chick parm was on the menu. The portion was absolutely HUGE! Nobody but a football lineman could finish it! And delicious it was! Also enjoyed a salad and some Peroni beers. Be careful how much you order here!
Definitely delicious. Great service and a convenient midtown location. Menu has a good variety for all guests. Will return for dinner.
I have dined here a few dozen times for business and family, and for the most part we have always had a pleasant experience. This time, that was not the case. The food was mediocre, at best and the service was rushed. Aside from the fact that our order was mixed up, the correction of it was fine. While I would find it hard to go back to the restaurant any time soon, I would hope our "not we are used to" experience was only just a bad day for the restaurant and their front and back end staff.
This was one of my most favorite restaurants in New York City. Haven't been there in a few years, but chose it to celebrate an important birthday. Although it was an early Sunday evening, it was fairly crowded. The air conditioner was either not working or not adequate, probably because the front of the restaurant remained open to the outside dining area. Our server did his best to help us, but we did not receive the attention that we've received in the past. My two companions ordered the scallops ($37 for three) and both we... read more
Good food, pretty noisy/active environment, service a bit confused/sluggish. All in all, great location near Carnegie and CentralPark and food is good, so good for pre/post show, etc., though not great for a relaxing/quiet evening.
Third time to this great Italian find. Thin crust pizza is the best I have ever tasted. Staff is very energetic and friendly. As leader of my group, I was immediately made to feel right at home by the maitre d'. Watching " happy birthday total stranger" at another table being sung by waiters was another highlight.
