I have been dining here since I moved to NYC in the 80's! The food and service our still as refined as my 1st day. Request the server, Benjamin, as he'll enhance your dining experince. My favorite is the antipasta bar and veal ravioli.
The food was excellent. We went there for the tail end of restaurant week and this was probably one of the best dinners I've had during restaurant week. The waiter was very attentive and friendly as well.
Antipasto bar is a favorite with wonderful choices. Makes a great lunch or dinner. And their pizza has the thinnest crust ever!
The waiters worked together to extend a most pleasant dining experience. Ben was a super server. This is the restaurant to go to for a special event.
This is my favorite NYC restaurant & it's down the block from my office. Everything they serve is outstanding! I've never had a bad meal here. Have the cannoli for dessert.
Great service; great pasta; little platters of fresh prosciutto and parmesan muffins which just appeared out of nowhere was a nice touch
We had a very nice visit to Trattoria Dell'Arte. The staff was friendly and quick to accommodate us and we had no problem getting to the theater on time. The maitre de found a nice quiet spot in the wine cellar, as requested, which we really enjoyed. Our food was good but some options off the antipasti bar looked better than they tasted. I would still return.
The whole experience was delightful from the beginning to the end. We had requested upstairs, aware that the noise level was higher in the front. It was closed, however they sat us in the back and we could hold a conversation without any trouble. Waiter was fun and gracious; food selection delightful; and all went well for a wonderful evening in NYC. Thanks.
Across from Carnegie Hall. Excellent food and service. Very busy.
