This is our only choice for dinning before a show at Carnegie Hall, great food, attentive service and most importantly the staff is friendly.

I highly recommend the ante pasta, among the very best in Manhattan, and the sushi grade grilled tuna on a bed of lentils. The wine list is excellent and affordable. If you're looking for a great meal or a restaurant perfect for that special occasion, Trattoria Dell'Arte is the place for you. The restaurant's staff are very good at what they, both friendly and professional. I've eaten at excellent restaurants throughout our planet, and Trattoria Dell'Arte is among the very best.

I went with my family for mothers day. We're constantly looking for new italian places to try and this was a great find. The service was fantastic as was the meal. We started with a great margahita pizza as an appetizer and their famous veal chop parmasean did not disapoint.

The food was delicious and the ambience/decor is wonderful. In the past when we've been there, the service was fabulous but unfortunately this was not the case on Saturday night. While the restaurant seemed to have been more cognizant of time for groups who were going to the theater after dinner, it came at the expense of those of us who did not have a show to catch. As a result, our meal was delayed considerably and they ran out of certain items on the menu. We were there almost 3 hours and not by choice. To our server's cr... read more

I had not been here for a while and was disappointed in the seafood antipasto. It was always my favorite. They no long offered backed salmon as a choice and I was shocked when the plate was put in front of me how tiny the portion of each was. In the past it was large enough for a meal. This time it was hardly an appetizer size. However, I have to say it tasted good.
