The best in that neighborhood. Great after a City Center or Carnegie Hall event. And a very friendly, effecient staff.
Excellent veal parm house special...fun place
We went for Thanksgiving after the Macy's Parade. We all had the fixed price $55 menu which included a seasonal soup, Turkey with all the fixin's and pumpkin or pecan pie. Everything was great. The waiter paid special attention to our grandchildren and they loved it.
This is always a great restaurant! Very festive, warm, friendly and the cusine tastes like my Italian mother's home cooking, that is- it tastes right!
Always good - have eaten here for years and it is always reliablel Excellent food and service. Noisy in spots, usually crowded.

The staff kept it moving quickly. The food was great Italian trattoria and extremely generous. We felt that we were in the center of Manhattanites who were ready to relax and enjoy themselves after a week at work. Convivial, all in all, a carefully orchestrated great dining experience.
I work right around the corner and have passed this place a thousand times on my way to Red Eye Grill. The food was outstanding (maybe the best in NY). For apps, the sampler, the assorted olives, and the signature fried artichokes are more than enough for a meal. The veal parm is massive and every bite makes you wish that you just sat down and your stomach was still empty. Joey, our waiter who resembles a younger Joe Pesci, was funny and helpful. Everyone in our party of 8 agreed this would be our new spot to meet when looki... read more
