My closing costs went from $9,000 to $20,000 I dint know about

First of all, Mr. Hofmann informed me what my APR would be. He didn't inform me that it went up OVER 1% all because I was a couple days later paying for the appraisal. I had to ask him. He never offered this information. Second, he was loaning me three times what I wanted to borrow. He said the amount he quoted me was the minimum loan amount.
