Travis was fantastic and I cannot say anything negative about him. He always was there to answer my questions and help me out with anything I needed. When it came to underwriting.. that was a different story. It was a back and fourth battle for a bit over if the home was in my name on not (it was inherited). The title company was incredibly ignorant as to how to verify this, even though I provided everything, including paperwork from my attorney.
