My son had a terrible experience with them about a year ago. Here's what he said (the house he was selling was near Capitol Hill): They had two terrible photographers come out. Wrote an awful property description, misspellings, poor grammar, inaccurate information. I ended up taking my own photos and writing my own description. Once offers started coming in, the agents basically disappeared. Had to coordinate the inspection directly with the buyer because the agent wasn't responding to them. Nonsense to those who think only full commission realtors can magically prevent nightmares. I've had a couple of those in my 68 yrs. NO problems with Trelora, none. And I saved thousands!

Our home was listed and sold by Trelora and we were very pleased w/their top drawer team of experts. Communication was excellent and responsive. A friend in Berkley referred them to us as her neighbor had great results w/them selling her home. Bottom line, we saved over $15k after paying Trelora a total commission of $2,500. I will use them in purchasing another home as there is leverage to be realized by both seller and buyer when negotiating price based on the lower commissions charged. Highly recommend them!

You don’t need a realtor/agent if you don’t want one. Check out Trelora. They’re local and are excellent. They provide all the service of an agent for a low, flat rate. https://www.trelora.com/

We used Trelora to sell our previous house and had a great experience. I highly recommend checking into that route. It's a little different than a traditional realtor but their team did a great job.

I highly recommended TRelora. They know the neighborhood really well and I love not needing to pay standard real estate commissions. $2500 to sell our house with full service? Yes please!

Trelora! They only take $2500 and then let you keep the rest of what would be their commission. We used them and got a nice size check back after closing.
