Just wanted to tell my fellow Anthem friends that I listed my home with TRELORA Realty and had 2 full price contracts in 14 days. Got my full asking price. TRELORA is a flat rate Real Estate Brokerage Firm. I paid $2,500 with $500 down $2,000 at closing. They provide full service - sign in the yard, lock box on door...
