A lot of comparisons being made between Redfin and Trelora. One thing I'll just add is that their commission structure is very different. Trelora charges a flat $2,500 while Redfin charges 1.5%. Depending on the sales price, Redfin can be significantly more expensive. That might explain the level of service difference. I think Trelora is a great alternative to selling your home on your own. Hey Chip Lynch. Don't feel sorry for me. I have an extra $17,000 in the bank from the commission savings by using Trelora. I did my homework before choosing Trelora and your client paid what traditional realtors recommended I list the property. I chose to take the guaranteed $17,000 commission savings rather than take the risk that the market would pay more than the comps. I'm happy with my decision.

Check out Trelora, we uses them to sell our last house they saves us 10k and we sold our house in 12 hours for 5k over asking price. They are flat fee and full service, professional photos MLS Handle showings the whole 9. I would never do it any other way again. Great experiance. http://www.trelora.com
We used Trelora to sell our place in Arvada. Way lower commission than a traditional real estate agent. Saved a couple thousand for us.
I used Trelora and saved a bundle selling my house. They charged a flat $1500 to list, handle the showing service and closing. It was under contract in 4 days for asking price so don't let the Realtor crowd bad mouth flat fee services and scare you into paying more than necessary. I offered 3.25% to buyers agents in the MLS listing simply because I didn't want them to avoid showing my house out of personal self interest.
