Trent was great, so was Meaghan. The process however to get a loan was extremely frustrating. The amount of questions asked and most of the items needed were irrelevant to the loan I was asking for. For example.... they needs information about an apartment building that's under a coorperation for my personal home loan.

The whole process was unorganized. We had to continually send the same paperwork 2 & 3 times. Felt like there was no trust. Signed paperwork for one cash to close amount which change the day before closing, was told a way higher amount and was told I signed the document for the higher amount but I didn??. At closing had over 200 documents with a lot of duplicate copies. It was just a very unpleasant stressful process. We couldn?? truly enjoy that we just purchase a home. The excitement was gone.

Our experience wasn?? unpleasant because of Trent. Our experience was unpleasant because of the underwriter. We had all necessary paperwork and funds submitted a month prior to closing and we got a call 4 days before closing that we weren?? approved for a bunch of different reasons. So we spent 3 days leading up to closing running around trying to basically start over with collecting information. It was a very stressful buying experience. Not memorable at all.

As first time home buyers/owners I expected our questions to be answered more openly and for the people we worked with to explain things to us. They were friendly at times, but there seemed to be a communication issues and clearing was not a strong characteristic.

I?? been advised that rates were dropping and never got an answer about my lock in. It?? not a good feeling going to the table not knowing if you are truly getting the best rate or when/where to make payments.

I wish there would have been more communication between my loan officer and I, as well as between my loan officer and my realtor. It was difficult to get questions answered and I found myself stressed a lot of the time waiting for responses about my loan.
