Casey and Trent were excellent at helping and answering questions and guiding us through the process. However the underwriters that they use are HORRIBLE. They are disorganized, wait till the last min to ask for documentation. Not helpful at all answering questions. They lost documentation and emails that we had sent. On the day of closing they were still wanting documentation that should have been requested weeks before. And when we arrived at Zelle (title company) they were not prepared.

Hello, I wasn't going to send this and give anyone a negative review..thats not how i like to be...1. During this process My boss said he received an unsecure email with my social security number. It was not encrypted in any fashion. 2. I received a phone call from a research group inquiring about my truck loan and I had to give my social security number over the phone. . Trent was dismissive, and said that he already has my ssn..lastly i called to see if i could drop off my loan payment..
