Will Knight was a true pleasure to work with! He was polite, knowledgeable, and kept up communication on how the process progressed. There were a couple of small curves thrown into the process, but otherwise it was a smooth transition to the new lender.
My guy Matt was super helpful and patient with me! He made things very easy to do when it came to signing papers or sending things out. Give him a raise asap!
