I would highly recommend doing business with IFS! The application process was quick and easy. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and kind, especially Tina!! She took the time to listen to me. She answered all of my questions honestly. She made me feel like I was important, and was willing to help me in anyway she could. Even though I don't meet the criteria just yet for refinancing, she gave me suggestions on what my next move should be. When the time is right I will be calling Tina to help me!
App process was simple, communication with agent was steady and accurate, great rate, incredibly fast from start to finish. Highly recommend.
Based off my experience, everything went smooth and quick. Ashley was very helpful and answered any questions i had and guided me every step of the way. You really need to pay attention to details (just like any other paperwork) but if everything is filled out properly then they are quick to get everything moving. At the end of the day, my APR was drastically reduced by over 10% and montly payments lowered without increasing the months remaining on the contract.
Jerry at IFS was amazing. He even FedExed us our loan documents when our printer went down. Way to go above and beyond!
I would have did it my my car was a 2008 so its one year past the cut off apparently
