I applied for a loan to refinance my Jeep, but ended up trading for another vehicle. The rep I went through (Ross) was great to work with, and made everything super simple, I just ended up changing my plans.

I worked with Ross, he was a great advisor as well as replied very quickly. He actually responded to my application during his day off - so professional. I got approved with FCU and Ross helped me to lower my car loan from 11.14% (Toyota) to 3.49% (FCU). I bought my car when I had no credit and within a year after moving to USA so that's why such high interest with Toyota. I was very impressed at how quickly IFS was able to handle my account. Khoi was amazing with regard to answering my questions and getting every thing done for me without any headache what-so-ever!
I worked with Tommy N. of IFS and he was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. If I had a question he was there immediately to answer it for me. I would highly recommend working with IFS. Aside from Tommy who was great, everyone else at the company that I spoke with were just as nice and helpful!

I had never refinanced before and I wasn't sure what to expect, especially from a company I'd never heard of, but Kimberly was very nice and helpful (and patient!) and made the process as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend IFS to anyone looking to refinance.
My experiance with CK has been great. it has helped me by educating me on credit and the refinancing of a car I own was easy. The intrest rate that was noted on the site was lower than what I received, but that rate I did received was far lower than what I was paying.
