My personal experience with IFS was unique. Although I would recommend the service to others in need because I can see how it can help some people. However the end did not justify the mean for me because, as a result of closing my oldest line of credit and 4 different hard request my credit score dropped 30 points. YES, they did manage to lover my interest rate by almost 4% but I had less tan a year to go on my 60 months car payment. I refinanced my car loan with their help. It wasnt a huge difference but enough to helped a little and got me away from the j**ks at Capitol One Auto Finance. They also offered some credit advise that I am now using. I never felt rushed when I talk to the representatives and they walked me through the whole process and answered any questions I had.
Kevin was extremely helpful and made the process very easy, I am so pleased I have have him to refinance my daughter's existing loan.
IFS made the whole process easy and I am not sure if the person who wrote about a "BAD" experience was doing something wrong himself or what but I am very happy with my results and the customer service at IFS.
My refinance allowed me to reduce my interest rate by 4% and the process was fast and convenient. This has been the best advice from Credit Karma thus far.
