Guys, this was my first time refinancing my car and i was always skeptical about every finance i didnt see in front of my face, i took the leap of faith with IFS through credit karma and not bit do i regret making this decision! Jose Sosa:Finance Advisor was a great help. I was asking quesitons back and forth and he was completly patient with me and walked through every single step at my own pace! Better interest rate and lowered my payments. Overall.. i saved money and got great customer service!

I refinanced my vehicle using this service and received a much lower interest rate. The customer service was execellent and friendly. The loan process was an extremely smooth and hassle free experience. I would definitely recommend this service to others.
Had a great experience using IFS. I was able to cut my interest rate almost 10% on my vehicle. With that said, the initial e-mail from my advisor was a little unprofessional and put a bad taste in my mouth right up front (basically saying, he was too busy to take phone calls and supposedly does over 100 of these a day; I call BS). Anyway, after trying to call him, getting no answer; he did respond to emails quickly and someone put my mind at ease. What else would you say about your experience with this product? Mycredit was horrible due to my ex. Credit Karma recommended IFS and I was hesitant, as I liked my loan company but they would not budge on my interest rate (17.82%). REALLY! I contacted IFS and Emily was the angel at the other end of the phone. Anytime I had a question or concern she got back to me.
