This was a very easy process and I was quite pleased. The entire event took less than a week!
Absolutely wonderful company. I had seen the banner on Credit Karma recommending them for the refinance for my car loan. I had initially recieved my (Santander)loan through the dealership at an interest rate of almost 14%. They were able to lower my rate to 3%. I was on credit karma site a while back saw IFS banner clicked it read their info gave them a call and ended up dealing with a person named Zoobear Ali. He was very helpful he was able to refinance me from a 10.99% to a 5.25% and lower my monthly payment by$30.00. Well we agreed that I call him back in 5 months to refinance again to get a even lower apr% and lower my monthly payment even more he has been great he even gave me advice on getting my credit score up quickly give this man a raise,!

I'm still in the process of getting it completed but so far the people I have worked with have been great. Charles answers all the questions I have and has a very positive attitude. He was curious on my loan needs and he wanted to get a loan based on my needs. I couldn't ask for better service.
This was one of the best online experiences I've had. From the beginning working with Fernando and closing the deal with Tina, it was great.
