I was able to lower my interest and get lower monthly payments then my original loan, esp since I do not have the greatest credit score, just around 633.
I applied to refinance to get cheater monthly payments, and Victor Belfort found a credit union that could do that with a low interest rate too. The process was very smooth, and Victor was very patient with me while I mulled over the new offer. Great company to work with!
I applied on Wednesday and was approved the same day with Tina! After I got them all the needed documents I was able to mail in everything that Friday for a closing date of that following Wednesday! We are expecting out first child in Feb 2016 and wanted to save just 100 on my car loan. IFS saved me over that! I could not be more greatful! I had a little hesitation at first. I couldn't refinance my vehicle with my personal bank and I was at a 19% apr! I went to IFS and the process was actually pretty quick. I was assigned a loan specialist but it sort of seemed like he was reading from a script most of the time. My car had 45,000 miles so of course they pushed a new warranty, wheel coverage, and gap insurance. I fought really hard and finally got them to take off most of the add on's.
