While I did not opt to refinance through Tresl, Darla was very transparent about the process and whether I would end up coming out ahead. She gave me my options up front and saved me the effort that would have otherwise resulted in an insignificant reduction in monthly payment. Thank you for your honesty. If all loan officers are anything like Darla, then you're in good hands.
Robert did a great job assisting me with the refinancing process. It was entirely online. Took a big ding to my credit though [-50 points :/] So keep that in mind. Overall good experience.

Working with Kevin at TRESL was quick and easy.
Saw the information on Credit Karma about lowering my monthly payment and decided to apply. Tresl did exactly what I wanted - lowered my monthly payment!!!! It was quick and easy but that may have been due to a credit score over 800. Didn't have any issues. Steve Callison was great! Walked me through all the forms, answered any questions I had, quick response time even on his day off! Everything was done on line except for having things notarized and going to Fedex to ship them back (at their expense). Highly recommend them!
If one is rebuilding their credit, TRESL *will* reach out to several lenders (if they must) to get you approved and each lender will count as a separate hit on your report. The application was easy, but after the intitial phone call, they can be hard to reach immediately for questions and they ask that you depend on the online tracker for updates which is not terrible, but also not personal. All in all, I got what I was looking for and the process was good, but not great. I would still recommend.
I almost enjoyed the process, it was so easy. My original loan was a headache but the customer service for my refinance was phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend to anybody.
