My mom didn't know how to use a computer. She dont want to be surprised about what will be the new monthly bill next year. So she called and left a VM to Trestle to ask for the new bill. A rep from Trestle named Tin called her back yesterday and sent her a copy of the updated bill. She wants to appreciate her assistance and being so patient.

Last month, I had a situation with my account and I was able to get assistance from Dyna at the Trestle office. Honestly, I had such a great experience with her. She always called me back to make sure I was in the loop about resolving the matter on hand. She was very patient & was very understanding. She was able to get everything sorted out which I am very thankful for.

I leave in a community in Issaquah that is managed by Trestle, and they have been doing a great job so far. Tine London and Stephanie are usually on top of everything. I recently had a maintenance work done by Charles from Northwest Maintenance as well, and he did a great job fixing the problem, proposed a long-term solution and plan to achieve it, very professional.

I had a bit of a scary event happen yesterday at my home, so I contacted our Silver Firs Townhome Village HOA rep, Tina London. She responded quickly, making all the appropriate contacts for me to set in motion a resolution. I was very impressed that she was able to come to my home to inspect the problem and speak to me in person, as well as several of our HOA board members. Wonderful customer service!
