If I could rate them lower than a 1, in a heartbeat. I'm a first responder who goes out of state. Basta calls me about a matter, we agree the current situation is okay, I ask to contact me if things change and 8 months later my wife is upset and I'm in the field and Basta changed the approval and sent me fines. Don't Trust Trestle.

Be very aware before contracting with Trestle. They can destroy your community. In my case a year ago they charged me $4000 for a 15 minute zoom call with my board . Not good. HIre at your own risk.

I think giving this management group a 1 is being a bit generous. This company manages the property in which I live in at Sunridge Townhomes in Kent. I have lived here for just over a year and it is because of these guys that makes me want to move. I received two noncompliant letters from them with the threat of fining me if I don't comply. Horrible response time! Horrible customer service! Run.. Run.. Run! Property Manager was absolutely the worst. Bob said he would always step in. Never saw or heard from him. Finally the Board woke up and left.

This is by far the worst management company I have been involved with. My community is in Kirkland, and the manager, Krishinda, seldom replies to emails, and does even less to take action. The management has not once called me to communicate current status. My unit was flooded from above at the start of June 2021, and we are now mid August with literally nothing done.
