Ive been calling so many times, no one ever answered my inquiries not even our point of contact. Tin is the only person that ever helped me. This rating is for her patience and dedication, I would give 0 rating to the management.

The most dishonest, unprofessional property management company in the Pacific Northwest. Just completed our annual association meeting. They fumbled, bumbled and stumbled their way through the meeting. In addition to mis appropriation of association funds. Gave out incorrect information to join meeting and once in dropped people out of the meeting. Tried to change the by-laws till they got caught. I would think long and hard before hiring them to manage your property.

Ultimately this company are scam artists masquerading as property management. They pocketed $64K in additional, un-budgeted fees in 2024 alone and now claim we need a special assessment to in part make up for the money they took from us. Trestle took over our condominium HOA in 2021 and it has been a complete mess. During their tenure, we've witnessed a significant increase in dues: 19% for 2022, another 19% in 2023, and 7% for 2024. I’m a homeowner in the Sorrento HOA at the Issaquah Highlands. I have tried unsuccessfully to communicate with Trestle CM. regarding an incorrect billing. They have not responded to five separate emails and as many phone calls. This is extremely bad service for any company let alone one that advertises itself as being highly professional! Carolyn Costa

Should have an option for zero stars for poor customer service. I live in a property where Trestle is the HOA management company. I have had my smoke alarms going off for days despite cleaning, and replacing the batteries. Upon calling Trestle representatives, I was first told to remove the smoke alarms to temporarily resolve the noise issue. I did. Suddenly you're charging me a fee to receive my cash money directly from my savings account… Not a Visa card will they'll take money but my cash I find this very rude in another underhanded way for you to take money from us. I called foul rude.
