Do not buy a house with this hoa. They will charge you for petty things like sticks blowing in your yard . I actually was stunned I was being fined 25$ for the wind blowing sticks…..?? Horrible response to my complaint as well. Stay away from this company! They don’t give a shit about you.
I live in a subdivision managed by Trestle Management Group. One of my trees is partially dead. Trestle mailed me last week a request for the tree to be removed. Today, 4 days after receiving the first letter, I received another threatening letter from Trestle This is not only harassment but also elder abuse. Trestle should know that removing a 40' tree close to the street and near electrical wires takes more than 4 days.

Upon researching your concerns, it appears that we have only sent one courtesy notice regarding what appears to be a dead tree that is visible from the street. The worst ever. Don't buy a house they manage. Don't return phone calls or emails. They have allowed trash to accumulate furniture etc left on the street and driveway for a month. Too many things to list

Ms. Armer, After reviewing your account it appears that your community manager has responded to every correspondence/concern you have initiated with our office over the past several years. Most recently on October 31st you called our office concerning a rooster at a neighboring property and bulk trash items that had been left out by a prior resident.
