If I could rate this 0 I would. This company had our neighbor remove a banner honoring her fallen brother who was military ON MEMORIAL DAY, calling the banner "garbage." This company is absolutely gutter trash.

Do not buy a house with this hoa. They will charge you for petty things like sticks blowing in your yard . I actually was stunned I was being fined 25$ for the wind blowing sticks…..?? Horrible response to my complaint as well. Stay away from this company! They don’t give a shit about you.
