Get directions5 all the way down. The staff there is wonderful, they make sure my mom is included in all activities and have made her feel at home. It's very clean you can feel it as soon as you walk in. The food is great and the dining room is beautiful. The apartment is small but there's plenty of room for her and they have activities planned all day so she isn't in her apartment most of the day.

Thank you for your review. We're thrilled we could provide such a great experience.
The entire staff was so accommodating. The move in was much easier than I expected. [name removed] went above and beyond my expectations. [names removed] and the complete west side care team were exceptional. Hands down the best memory care facility in the Tri-Cities.
Business response:
Thank you for your kind words. We're pleased you found the move-in experience so easy.
Very clean facility w extra friendly and helpful staff. Happy residents that are varied interest. So many activities, so not boring. Safe place with amazing staff. I’m loving it here. So many fun choices but no pressure to do anything, so I can choose which activities to do or not. Weekly outings in bus to see local, or not so local places or more activities.

Thanks for review! We're thrilled to hear you love living at Tri-Cities Senior Living!
The community is clean and friendly. They need to push little harder getting resident to breakfast, lunch or dinner instead of resident saying just bring to my room then charging for the service. I question prescription and medicine services being added high expense.

I think overall it is a decent place to live. My dad has some complaints, but I feel like he would complain no matter where he is. He doesn't like that there seems to be different caregivers on the weekends and not as much attention given to the residents. He's not impressed with the menu of planned meals. He thinks it is expensive for the care he is receiving. I like the activities that are provided. I like how welcoming all the people are that work there.
Nice and clean, nice food menu, and good activities. I think the administrative staff could improve by reaching out to family (phone calls) on any changes of family member changes of health or needs.
From our very first contact with This place was a lady I'm struggling to remember her name right now, but we knew this was the right place, friendly, very clean, worked very hard to find a room to suit my mom, always treated mom with respect and kindness! Med tech's were also very kind and helpful!
The people at Columbia Crossing are great. They really care about their residents. Very clean facility, and good to work with family. Great food too. We highly recommend!
The benefit of memory care availability is paramount for my sister and husband. Although they are in assisted living now, that need will be required in future. The staff is dedicated to helping - that makes a world of difference. We have had a good experience all around and would definitely recommend Columba Crossing.
