Columbia Crossings has done everything and more for our family and has exceeded all expectations. The staff members get above 10 stars. Our loved one has the same aid assistance so it make communication very easy and very simple and we have that consistency. Every staff members from top to bottom will sit down with you if you have questions or concerns no matter if you are a resident or a family member. I would recommend that you make sure that you are taking a proactive approach in making sure the care is being met for your loved one. Make sure you are advocating for your loved one, to make sure the care is meeting your expectations. Most of the time the staff communication with the family has been good. There are three meals a day and there are choices for the residents to choose from.
Overall our family has been very pleased with this community, every time we come to visit our loved one the community is very clean and the staff members are very friendly. We appreciate how responsive the staff members are and we would recommend Columba Crossing to other families.
My mother lived at Fieldstone Grandridge since it was built, up to [date removed] When I needed to unfortunately move her to Seattle to be closer to me, I very much did not want to move her. Although experiences differ, we were there for 5 years. Never did I have any issues with staff or the facility and mom was very happy. Fieldstone Grandridge was my top pick if the decision was up to me. It is located in a commercial area that is up and coming. It is within walking distance to many stores so if you are a more active senior this would be a great place. Since it is a growing area there is going to be a lot of traffic and construction so that was not as appealing to my mom. The staff were outstanding and the facility has a great reputation from a working and living standpoint.

My mom has lived at Fieldstone for almost four years. It is a wonderful place! It is a place of love and compassion. My mom's caregivers have been the same 2-4 people the entire time which is amazing!! They have become my mom's family. I also appreciate the variety of activities my mom can participate in, she has a ball!

We moved our parents into Fieldstone Grandridge summer of 2021. The staff could not have been more wonderful with helping us arrange the move and getting settled in the fastest possible time. Everyone was very friendly, and understanding of all challenges that presented themselves. Now that Mom & Dad are settled, they are enjoying the daily activities and the restaurant dining experience. We spent a lot of time researching other facilities. The tour of Fieldstone Grandridge really stuck out to us as well the accessibility to staff and residents during that tour. The apartment sizes are average and they have a variety of different sizes you can choose from, they offer assisted living and independent living spaces. When we message the staff through their app, they always respond in a timely manner. If anything comes up regarding our loved ones they always calls so we feel that the staff members have great communication between their team and the residents families
