The most frustrating thing Ive dealt with. We've called multiple times on different issues we’ve been having. We get multiple different answers each time. We've been dealing with the same issue for over a year now. Nobody there has helped. I feel like they are all trained differently. Ive asked for a supervisor and never got a call back. Debating just selling our house because this is exhausting
We had a fantastic experience working with Anna Stewart as our mortgage loan officer. She was excellent at communicating every step of the way, always staying in touch and keeping us informed. Everything was handled efficiently and completed in a timely manner. Anna’s professionalism and responsiveness made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
I'd give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely ridiculous, I always send my money orders in a timely manner like 2-3 weeks early, too many times they claimed they didn't get my payment and tried collecting more money, funny when I sent a copy of receipts and told them I already sent the money orders they get cashed in the same day I tell them I sent the money! Smh. They are absolutely terrible and customer service is terrible as well most have attitudes.
Terrible experience. Worst ever! Kept getting different reps handling our loan. Documents were asked for over & over & at the last minute. We had to do THEIR JOB by driving docs to their office & picking up tax certs & payout checks. We barely closed on time! Had to get a hotel room for 2 nights because we were homeless! Not too bad if you don’t mind paying $115,000 for a $30,000 loan. What a joke, thought they could take advantage of me due to my young age lol. Ps. Remember to take customers who have backed out off of the email chain after they decline. “We’ll get the next one” ;)
