Disappointing Room very worn out. Wholes in the wall .

The hotel was overbooked and it took two hours to get checked-in to a room that was more $$$ The hotel was overbooked and it took two hours to get checked-in. We ended up in a room with not enough bed space. We were promised a rollaway and extra linens that never arrived. We were given a "view" room but the windows were so dirty you could barely see through them. The bathroom amenities weren't enough for two people. Fair The room had broken lamps and the air conditioner was broken. It was HOT! Too hot to sleep comfortably. I told the staff, and they did nothing to accommodate. Being close to the boardwalk and having everything we need in the resort.

No cumplió nuestras espectativas Nunca tuvimos la habitación que reservamos por la cual pagamos, las piscinas todas cerradas y no hay información ni te dicen nada al reservar, las máquinas expendedoras casi ninguna funciona, nuestra estancia realmente no fue buena esta vez Es un lugar muy lindo estuvimos en la Habana tower y es hermoso el entorno parece que estás en la ciudad yo soy cubana y les digo por experiencia

Bad Woke up to a roach 🪳 crawling on my face called front desk and was told man maintenance will come but nobody never showed up

Not pleasant We had our room changed 3 times because of broken A/C and took the whole first night just to get in a decent room and when we got in there there was Stains on the sheets and trash wasn’t even taken out from previous people Literally only the location

Not worth all the extra feea Several additional fees during check in. The location was right on boardwalk

Tropi-Quinta Inn - Resort fee + need to pay extra for beach chairs, no beach towels, adult pool closed, only 1 pool with bar (cold food options only and no hammock service) - Poor signage, easy to get lost and waste time - NO housekeeping ("we focus on rooms checking out" - housekeeping phone service) - Expensive for the quality offered - Poor in-person check-in/out service Comfortable bed 20 restaurants
