Very Poor The pool was disgusting, no maintenance at all and was cold, also in the room, bathrooms weren't clean at all, the water pressure in shower is very low, very poor. my room AC wasn't working, so it was at 80° all night, horrible, couldn't sleep. Xpress check-in doesn't work, and in front desk, they take eternity to do that! Same as check out. Casino is good! And some restaurants have good food.

Overall my stay as adequate however my room was subpar, none of the check in kiosks worked so it took an hour to check i Customer service, kiosks, lack of map locations . My room refrigerator was leaking. My room air conditioner was leaking. My room window was so scurry I was unable to see out of it. The room was dirty. I love the location on the boardwalk, the casino is fantastic & the restaurants are amazing.

Won't be coming back Our room was not clean, and they did not clean our room or supplied fresh towels and wash cloths I was disappointed because this used to be my favorite hotel

Bed was comfy, room was really run down and musty. Def needs an upgrade for the price Room was very run down and old. Smelled musty Bed was pretty comfy,

never again they took out 4 hotel charges and left me with 20 dollars/ spent whole trip at front desk and on the phone with billing and my bank : was a disaster hash house good food
