It was okay, would definitely consider another resort for my next visit. I stayed for 2 days and housekeeping only came 1 time to clean one of my two rooms. The second room was never cleaned by housekeeping even after requesting a cleaning twice. It was beautiful and I had a great time at the casino. The beds were very comfortable.

It was ok. The room was dirty, the shower was dirty, the pool had layers of grime around it, not much family oriented things to do like there used to be, elevators needed service, directions were unclear and often found ourselves lost. Everything was overly expensive. I like the many things to do, and the easy check in and check out process.

The staff was bothered and unfriendly and the room was absolutely disgiusting. Shameful. The room at the Chelsea tower was disgusting. Old and dirty. Stains on walls. Furniture decrepit. You should refund my money. That tower should be demolished. Worst most run down most dirty room I have ever stayed in. The Quarter.

Next time I’ll pay extra money for a good nights rest and not to be charged an extra $40 for who knows what. On top of what we paid through Booking.com, Tropicana charged another $40 for lodging…. No clue what it was for. The room was dirty, beds were uncomfortable and the group staying next to us were loud the whole night… blasting music, loud sex to be followed by a man yelling at someone and punching the wall and this was going until 3:30-4am. Fair The fact that when I booked the room, it stated I would be in an updated room . The only room that was updated was the bathroom, which had a hole near the shower door, and a burnt mark were towels and rags stored. The bedroom had old carpets with burnt marks and old. The chair near the window was disgusting and flipped over to hide stains. I used a sheet to sit on it. Then the mattress and mattress cover both were also disgusting stains. Need to be replaced. The staff at check-in and also housekeeping.
