Fair some staff are rude… and our rooms wasn’t clean :( I think they can do better the location

staff was fantastic, atmosphere in the quarter was great, the room was the only down side the room was slightly disappointing for the price paid. air conditioning barely worked, wall paper peeling off walls. bathroom fan did not work. staff was super friendly and super helpful!

Will NEVER return. The hotel experience was NOT enjoyable, Horrible customer service. Everyone was rude BUT the parking attendant. Horrible room. It was way too far from the main hotel and signs weren't adequate. Shower head water pressure was horrible. Air conditioner was loud and inadequate. Casinos were cigarette filled, even in non smoking section. Will NEVER return to this specific hotel. Would NOT recommend. Misleading on the website to what you actively get Only thing I like was casino! I was put in a musty smelly side with mold and bas smell that way far from main area and casino..had to take 2 elevator across. The sheet look dirty that who Chelsea building is dated and needs uplift. I eventually complained and git switch to another area that was a little better. But people paid way less than me and stay in better rooms..this was horrible!
