horrible service, broken elevators, not clean, overpriced. service was horrible. elevators were not working, got stuck twice. started using service elevator due to the guest elevators being broken and an employee aggressively yelled and refused to let us use it on an occasion after being informed the others were not working. it was so aggressive that I thought they would get physical. all interactions with staff were unpleasant. requested towels 6 times and never received them. I would never stay in the Tropicana Havana tower again. This place needs a serious renovation. I wish I would’ve taken pictures. From the parking garage to the room I was disappointed. Couldn’t check in on the Kiosks, no human staff to ask for help have to walk far just to get to main desk with my elderly mom. Soon as I get off the elevator you can smell the funk from the outdated rugs in the hall. Ne pas aller il son la jist pour le $$$ il joue sur les mots Chambre non disponible donc surclassement mais qui ne l’étais pas jai du insister pour avoir un minimum de se que je j’avais payer et j’ai eu des frais surprise Non inclue

Bad ok bad service! the hotel was nasty and dirty the floor was nasty and the bathroom smell bad

Poor restroom sink was broken water not drain We tray called mentanens but no body picked phone Refrigerator was broken not cold And we found bad bag on floor

Poor experience for the price we had to pay. To do early check in, we had to pay the surcharge (~$20, which we did not mind). Upon arriving at our room, we saw they left dirty towels from the previous guest. We called about it to have them picked up and they told us they would. We left for the day and when we returned 12 hours later, the towels were still there. Called again and left them outside the room to be picked up, where they sat again over night. Poor My toilet didn't flush had to call maintenance close to midnight. The elevator situation in the morning after check out is unbelievable we had to wait for the elevator for about 45 minutes. Plus our room wasn't ready when we got there The price was good.
