the parties in the hotel rooms were a bit much to deal with, constant banging and screaming all night long. no housekeep it was dirty I liked that it had a lot to do

Expected much better from Tropicana I paid for a ocean view and was disappointed with the partial view from a SIDE window. The room does not have enough air vents so it was difficult to cool the room. And the shower door did not have a good seal so water leaked on the floor. The size of the room was nice. A nice selection of places to eat within the hotel

Ok Bed was ok. AC worked great and room was clean when I arrived. For my 3 night stay no one came to clean my room. I had to call for someone to bring me clean towels and toilet paper. Pillows were not comfortable at all!

Disheartening I was disappointed that First, I didn’t have a remote for my TV. I called early afternoon several times early evening several times the remote was not delivered until 9 o’clock . The air conditioning system leaked, which caused my room carpet to be soiled and room to be smelly and had mold and torn wallpaper. unfortunately, the room was not clean upon my arrival and they had to send someone to clean the room. wouldn’t stay here again two cockroaches in the room crawling on walls and tv console bureau views

6/10 the room looks old dirty, we find cockroach the smell so bad I do like the location.
