Just okay but with financial surprises Knowing that the nightly rate increases for the eeekend and even though I left two days early, charged were not adjusted ! Did not order breakfast

I was disappointed in my stay this time around, Usually it is much more pleasurable. When checking in, I had requested smoking and CONNECTING rooms, not just rooms close to each other. I know they have them, and what happened is that the rooms we got were next to each other, but the connecting rooms were to the right of ours, and the guest rooms connecting room was to the left of theirs. Did not like it I did not like the front desk staff that was assisting us in line she was very uninformative , it took longer than expected to check in the wifi was horrible. No toothpaste or toothbrush or even notify us that we had to purchase would be fine but to not let us know what additional items we had to get on our own, would of been considerate. I probably wouldn't stay here again. There are better options. It was not very clean and the rooms were very old and run down. I went with some other people and their rooms had to be changed due to cleanliness and loud neighbors, etc. I liked the casino and the food options inside.

Not what I expected from tropicana No breakfast, and I paid $528 for 2 nights. No microwave in room, room could be better, have to pay for parking some other public area. The casino

Disappointing We went on daylight savings weekend. Our check out time was 10am and thought they should at least push ahead till 11 since we were losing 1 hour. But housekeeping started banding on all the hotel room doors waking people up at 9am - I will never stay there again. like the location and food places
