will not be returning paid for an ocean view and didn’t receive an ocean view room. The carpets was dirty, and my shower didn’t work right. restaurants and comedy club

Fair The pool was closed and this was not told before trip was booked. The rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis. The Hotel was clean

Probably the worst hotel we could have possibly chosen for a hotel to stay in overnight quite honest More towels friendlier guest services perhaps and comp for the leftover food in our refrigerator and it's just the basic untitiness of the room when we got there one of the TVs also didn't work properly and there was no microwave and we were told there was a view and the view was of a brick wall It was okay and we were left alone.

Very Poor The small room and the price I went from a smaller two bedroom room to a smaller on that and double the price

Go somewhere else I was charge a smoking fee when we never smoked in the room, on top of other hidden fees Nothing

Disappointing The room I reserved was not available, no personal service at the location, i was not told until many attempts at the machine check in and after I called a number after a long wait to go to a different location to check in, horrible experience. The location, and parking
