don’t stay here. people were smoking everywhere. no room service after 8:00. vending machines were empty. parking was confusing and $$. check in was confusing. gross location. nothing.

it was justok To get from the parking garage to the lobby was pure guesswork since there's not one single sign pointing the way. The cost of the room was very low relative to the other facilities. The ocean view from our room was very nice.

Fair They didn't give me the room I booked they gave me a down size and didn't offer any compensation.. Was so disappointed and and embarrassed because it was our 30 year anniversary

Disappointing
I will not stay at this resort anymore or tell anyone about this place it’s not good my room was not cleaned

Nightlife was great, room not so much. Black biological growth ( mold spores) on the walls in the bathroom and in the shower. Shower head was disgusting, had to clean it before I showered. There was people fighting across the hall for hours. We got up to the room at 1am Finally called security at 3am. Security came up really fast but didn’t do a great job at removing them. The woman wouldn’t leave, Police should of been called and weren’t . That woman was verbally abusive to security just as bad as she was to her boyfriend. ... read more

Pretty Great Birthday Weekend We went to the first room 4601 the elevators was thumping noise was so loud, we could hear it in our room. They change our room much better 683 in the south tower. All in all I had a great birthday weekend.
