I will not be staying in this casino hotel again. They need more elevators. I have never been anywhere in the world that you have to stand in line for an elevator. The room had a clogged toilet before we even used it. Maintenance came quickly and fixed it but the housekeeping he called to clean up the bathroom never came. The floor was a vinyl floor, not carpet, and had dirt, a broken toothpick, fuzz and hair and obviously had not been swept or mopped. It felt sticky and I didn't want to walk without shoes on. Needs a complete over haul Checking in there was a man urinating in the lobby, checking out took too long to get to the elevator to parking garage line was very long. Hallways were dirty crumbs everywhere. Elevators are run down . The location to other casinos

Not worth what you pay. Checkout process. Excessively long lines for elevators and valet during checkout. Took over an hour after leaving our room to get to the car. Will never stay here or recommend this resort to anyone. Amenities were great!
