That was I was our first and very last time staying at this resort. The check in process is horrible. No staff available to answer questions or concerns. The mattress in our room was sunk in and very uncomfortable. The TV was blurry and old. The location was good. The food was okay.

Disappointing That there was no one at the front desk when I needed a live person to talk to. The towels were hard and rough and the room walls needed a paint job The front desk was always empty, no personal staff was never there. On my last night there was bed bugs that bit my husband up and there was no one at desk to complain to. Will never stay at the Tropicana again

Dirty Motel room near bars the room was disgusting. I felt like I walked into a motel room . The walls were sticky with handprints and the beds had hair on it . There was even a booger on the headboard. I will never stay there convenience

Very Poor The drain in the sink didn't work, and nobody answered the phone to come fix it. Our wall had "I want to die" carved in it under the window. It was bad.

Disappointing elevator for/in garage had huge lines, huge check in lines, under staffed. ended up having to walk up parking garage stairs (to the 8th floor) which had human feces on them. also every vending machine in the Havana section was broken, when to every floor just trying to get a bottle of water. just disappointed for the price of $540 (after tax for one night)
