Horrible stay and will not return Check in was more than 2 hr waiting on line. Confusing to get the Chelsea Tower, we have to use mobility carts, had to change elevators to get to 16th floor, had to ride through valet on street to get to handicap accessible entrance.And the final straw was my entire room and floor from elevator smelled like pot, so we left. The hotel is extremely dated and small casino area. we definitely will not be returning to this hotel There was absolutely nothing appealing about this hotel.

2 star at best maybe 3 Refrigerator didn't work, No microwave in room, snack machines weren't stock and it stole our money west tower guest weren't quiet and partied screamed and yelled and ran above us til 7am. And we heard everything all night including our neighbors having sex. So that's our trip in a nutshell. Service was okay

Room could have been cleaner. surfaces were very dusty. Toilet kept backing up. had to call security multiple times for Very dated. Valet parking was very difficult to find. good location.
