not worth the money i paid the drain in my bathtub did not work properly so i ended up taking a shower with the water up to my ankles. they put me in a room near the elevator and i heard the elevator every second and that kept me awake most of the night. there was a banging sound coming from within the walls. not sure what that was. i liked that there were many options to eat from and that it was right on the beach

Dissatisfy Room food service Room floor dirty no one cleaned while there staff rude and food to pricy or far no clubs I was bored never coming back

Disappointing For a newly renovated hotel it was very dirty. Stains on carpet and what looked like dried blood on the headboard. When asked to please redress the bed with new linens housekeeping seemed annoyed. The location was great. Short distance from the beach and anything you could possibly think of was nearby or right in the resort.

Bad I was bit with bed bugs..no one contacted me about what had happened and I was charged for the room after they promised to refund my money...I am very disappointed in Tropicana in a whole
It was great other than being cold in the rooms..with no heat so do fix that The room 2163 south was freezing cold.. made it uncomfortable to sleep.. than they changed me to another room 2077 which was kinda cold with a double bed which was suppose to be king. But we managed Being on the boardwalk
