Exceptional I called to ask for a later check out the lady was very rude said no try my best n hung up on me that was very rude then i went down to speak to the manager all he did was look n said yes can’t do late check out today
My stay at Tropicana There was no dresser in the room,and I stayed for three nights,me and husband had no where to put our clothes. I wanted a different room but I had a hard time getting my room exchanged ,they wanted more money on top of what I already gave them Close to shopping and entertainment

Very Poor Staff at the check in desk were rude. Seemed like they hated their jobs. Room smelled awful. Carpet was wet. Bath tub drained so slowly after having showers and was draining drip by drip all night. Better off going to hard rock hotel for a similar price. Better rooms, fresher ambience, friendlier staff Location was fabulous

Fair Room was dated and it was hard to navigate around the motel. Nothing was open due to covid. Bad experience

Bad this place was a complete dump that’s not following cdc rules AT ALL. the staff was so beyond incompetent and rude, i even had one comment on my size. The front desk manager was so rude i’ve made it my sole mission to get her fired. disgusting.... the reason everyone thinks atlantic city is trash, because of places like this🤮🤮🤮🤮
