Bad Pedimos un cuarto con dos cañas y solo nos dieron con uno Pedimos que nos dieran otra y dijeron q no tenia muy malo

Fair Los cuarto y las cama ya estan deteriorada no hay maycroway los hoteles estan feo por fuera muchos tanto dinero y no esta comodo la alfonbra humeda mucha gente en droga por las calle como sombies hay que renovar todo la caja de el colchon esta feo y los resecionista no saben hablarte son bien mal educado no ayudan Nada

Not good I don’t like the smell weed all the time and cigarette. And I stay non smoking I don’t recommend at all if you going with kids. So bad. The location is fine.

Poor Room was very dusty and the floors were gross. We had to keep some type of shoes on at all times. Even in the middle of the night to use the bathroom or our feet would be dirty. Large bathroom but no hooks to hang anything on. Location as to where we were on the Boardwalk was great!

Disappointing The room was super dusty .. poor cleaning .. front desk was very rude . Very disappointed . Hotel it’s self is very beautiful, casino is great & pool is a little small but it’s decent ..
Fair Room service didn’t show the entire time we stayed there we had to use dirty towels and rags

The secret deal and proximity to the beach made an overnight stay bearable Wood floors made it extremely noisy. Being Labor Day weekend the people next to and above us were out of control. My child was frightened by the noise.the hotel only spot checked mask wearing, they could take a cue from Cuba libre on how to do better covid checks. Proximity to the beach convenience of restaurants on boardwalk and Havana tower. Cuba Libre had outstanding food, staff, and covid restrictions.
