Poor Not clean enough! Especially with Covid! Front Desk clerk assigned us to a used and very unclean room!! We had to hike all the way back to the Registration Desk to acquire another room. We supposedly given an upgrade however it was on the top floor with a slight view of the river. This room was saturated with smoke smell and was not recently cleaned. Good thing we got to the hotel late and checked out early. Location

Fair Property was good Our room was very dusty, as it hadn’t been touched in a couple of days. Restroom had stains by toilet and bathtub was dirty. Thankfully I took lysol wipes and kinda cleaned before bringing my kids in the room. I work in the hotel business and always enforce maids to touch up a room after a day of it not being rented for the same reason of dust mites. Room needs improvements

no service Noice no Security no room service Room was never clean while we stay, customers where very noicy there where no security to control customers we had a non smoking room (flor) and lots of you customers where smoking even the cleaning lady notice the smoke smell customers where fighting screaming of each other and no one to control the noice, I was there few year ago and the service was great room was thats the reason we book weith you.
Fair No night life bars closed restaurants close to early. Didn't see any cocktail waitresses and I gambled for an hour then said the hell with this I went to a store to get my beers. Nothing !!!!!!

Not Happy with AC, key cards or lack of maid service - will find another hotel to stay next time The AC in the room was very poor and did not provide any comfort from the heat. There were only 2 bath towels provided for 3 adults. No maid service is available due to Covid which means they should have adequately stocked the room but did not. I had to go down twice to have a new room key made because the key they gave me twice did not work. My family rented 3 rooms and of the 3 only 1 had semi-adequate AC.
