Bad Bad experience

A place to sleep First room was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned. I called the front desk to be switched and was told it wasn’t a problem. Got back to the desk and another guest was allowed to cut in line by an employee. I was given a hard time when it was my turn because I wanted to switch rooms. I wasn’t switching for fun.. my room was disgusting. Easy to navigate, close to shopping
The worst ever, the staff was not friendly this time around especially at the Carnegies Dining. At check in, they told me they didnt have any non smoking rooms. How is that possible if I booked non smoking a month ago. To top it off, we couldnt sleep one day cause the neighbors in front of our room were fighting, cursing, slamming on the door all night till security showed up. Did not enjoy my stay this time around
Sheets also feel are not washed right just disgusting couldn't leave they dont return your money everything never again will i stay here. You can hear the people next to you Nothing. Rooms were nasty dirty found hair from previous people . Had to go buy cleaning stuff myself to clean bathroom. Carpet are disgusting. There is dust and spiders in the room
Not worth the hassle for this trip worst ending ever. You said I didn’t show up and I did stay there. I had a HUGE hassle with Tropicana and booking.com to charge me a NO SHOW fee not once but twice for the same stay and made me email confirmation papers that were printed by Tropicana and when leaving they forgot to charge me the reservation fee and had to pay it checking out. Been here a few times paid cash upfront and never had this problem.
